It was well worth sending my beloved GX-AC back to Miami. The guys at live, in particular James was an immense help in smoothing over some import issues in lightning fast time, and then gave excellent communication throughout, setting expectations, and keeping me updated. I was an early adopter I guess and my watch was approaching 5 years old, so well worth an overhaul, and it has come back like new, purring. Love what you guys at Liv are doing and what you stand for. The professional overhaul I had done to my Rebel-A in Spring 2021 turned out really well! Before the watch did not work properly and it did not help to use a winder. Since I got my watch back from LIV, it works perfectly. I use my Boxy Fancy Brick winder when I am not wearing the watch to keep it in good condition. My biggest concern was that my watch would get lost in transport to or from the U.S. but that too went smoothly.
