Does LIV offer free exchanges & returns?
Yes! Exchanges and returns (within 90 days of you receiving the order) for unworn and unmodified items are always free at LIV Watches. We will even send you a free shipping label if you live in the US. *Valid for the original purchase only*
How do I get a return label?
We offer free returns for US customers only; a return label will be sent to you via email as soon as we receive your exchange/return form. Click here to initiate.
Outside the US: Only use FedEx, UPS, or DHL when returning or exchanging an item. Do not use USPS or any local postal service to send back your item.
