LIV watches purchased on Amazon.com are not eligible for free battery replacement

If you are not the original owner, you can still send us your watch for battery replacement. Prices start at $45.00 USD plus return shipping and handling.

Should you prefer not to send your watch to our watch service facility in Miami, you may take the watch to any authorized dealers for battery replacement from the following Swiss brands. (Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Panerai, IWC, Breitling, Omega , and Tag Heuer).

Please note: When a third party replaces your LIV watch battery, a dry water pressure test must be performed twice. Once prior to opening the watch and once after the watch is sealed. Printed test results and watch dealers' receipt must be kept for our records. Failure to do so will result in your warranty being voided.

Should your watch fail to pass the dry water pressure test that was done prior to opening it, you must send it in for service at our service center in Miami, USA. No third-party battery change can be performed.
