EOL stands for End Of Life indicator. This is the function showing when the battery of the movement needs to be changed.

The seconds hand will then remain still for five seconds and jump to the next minute marker, and repeat that pattern until the battery is changed.

The GX1 Venom runs a four-part multi-layer 3D dial. Venom Yellow numerals are stenciled through the top layer at 12, 3, 6 and 9, hand-applied polished indexes fill the remaining hours, and the center is finished with a deep ribbed sunburst that shifts as the light moves across it.

Steel sword-shaped hour and minute hands carry BGW9 Swiss Luminova, as do the applied indexes, so the dial stays readable once the light drops. An orange central chronograph hand sweeps three recessed registers, with the 1/10th of a second counter at 6 o'clock ringed in Venom Yellow, and the date sits at 4 o'clock behind a polished steel window frame.

This crystal is crafted from high-grade sapphire and features a scratch-resistant coating on the outside as well as an anti-reflective coating on the inside. Flawless legibility, built to last.
