2. SHIP US YOUR LIV
Ship your watch back to the LIV.
We send you instructions on how to do it
3. GET STORE CREDIT
A none expiring credit will be issued that you may us as cash on LIVwatches.com.

How much will I receive for my items?
The top cash credit we offer for each item will be sent right after you fill out the trade-in qualification questioner
How long will it take until I receive my credit?
We aim to process all trade-ins within 10 days of receiving them. Once we've processed your trade-in, your credit will be issued immediately via email.
What do you do with the product?
Watches will go through the rework and recertification process and be listed in our LIV Pre-owned section.
Why aren't all LIV products eligible for trade-in?
We accept most watches for trade-in. However, we are currently not accepting trade-ins that have or has had water damage.
